I upgraded to Broker in 2004 and now focus on Waikiki condos, where I live and invest.

We looked off and on for a property for four years. I listened to Dave Ramsey and his approved agent only had the ootion of offering above full asking price! What! Above full asking price was a.standard and Mr Ramsey is about lowinh debt? Then this agent is the reccomended area agent? Leaning some Hawaii unique laws and trying to find out out what buildings work for our preference. After many open houses months years and sorry to say a few realtors that only cared about trying to sell something we couldn't afford we gave up. Then we met John accidentally we talked about a building that we was not approved for our situation that we were interested in, he sat us down and told us the goods, the bads and the possibilities. Not only was he straight forward with us he explained the possible outcomes. (Good and Bad, even stuff we didn't want to here but needed to be said!) I have to say without John we would have never made the move to buy a house. Our family has to thank John for his dedication, honesty and time for explanation.
