Frank Giacomelli

I was born and raised in Vineland, a small farm town in southern New Jersey. I worked in the family construction business while attending high school. After graduating from St. Augustine Prep, I attended college in nearby Philadelphia majoring in Engineering and Architecture.

After college, I moved to the Palm Beach area where I began working in the construction finance field. I obtained my real estate license in 1989 and began building custom homes and selling general real estate throughout the northern Palm Beaches. In 1999 I formed Great American Mortgage & Capital Company which grew to one of the largest mortgage brokerage businesses in northern Palm Beach County.

My wife Rhonda and I married in 2009 and have a son, Gianni Giacomelli born in 2010. Together we represent one of the most highly qualified, talented and experienced marketing teams in the South Florida area. I serve as a service coordinator at the Palm Beach Gardens campus of Christ Fellowship, I’ve lead and coordinated Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University and Legacy Journey, lead a men’s Bible study life group and serve as an appointed member of the Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals for the Village of North Palm Beach.

I’m very passionate about the relational side of real estate. After all, it’s about people…not just property.
