We had the pleasure of working with Dee Maruyama in the sale of our home in Los Gatos. The whole process went extremely smooth and no time was wasted from our first meeting to the close of escrow. She worked tirelessly to help us get the house ready for showing. She consulted with us and made all the arrangements for inspections, painting, house cleaning, staging, and professional photography. She hired a gardener to plant flowers and put in fresh mulching to make sure the property looked its best before being listed on the market. She checked on our property and watered our garden every evening. Dee has a great attitude and always carries a pleasant demeanor. In addition to regular open house, she hosted a neighbor’s only night with refreshments so she could get to know our neighbors and better understand our neighborhood. She even enlisted neighborhood kids to set up a lemonade stand during open house. She did tons of homework and was able to find out information on our neighborhood that we were not even aware of. Those additional details and personal touch helped greatly in the sale process. We are very pleased to have worked with Dee and would not hesitate to work with her again in future property transactions.
