Mia did an amazing job at selling our house. She helped us to stage the house - making it more visually appealing to potential buyers. I asked many questions during the process, Mia answered all of them professionally and in a timely manner. Mia is very friendly and knowledgeable. She teaches Real Estate principles at De Anza college, which is where I first met her. So, you know she knows what she is talking about if she is teaching other people the business. As a teacher, an agent and now a friend, I can not recommend her enough. If you have made it this far in your search for an agent - consider yourself lucky - you've found the best of the best! We were re-locating from San Jose to Minden, NV. and was in need of a real estate person. Mia Park was highly recommended to us by a friend who reported that Mia had done an excellent job for her. We couldn't have been more pleased and was very happy with our entire process of selling our home. Over the course of the initial meeting and several other meetings throughout the process...she kept us well informed and up to date on each process. What we really admired about Mia Park, was her absolutely "no pressure" on any response ever needed. Even to the point of her suggesting that we rent our house first before selling, to make sure that our new location was going to be a good fit for us. We were very impressed that she was actually concerned about a clients future decisions for their lifestyle, rather than just quick sale....get it on the market, sell and be over with. Each meeting we had with Mia, no matter how late it was that day, she would get back to us with a recap of our conversations that we had covered that day. We were always amazed at her recap, on how well she could remember all the details without taking notes! It was a very pleasing situation to have an agent that listened so carefully to our needs and requests. Mia's non-agressive manner, but yet on top of every move to our best advantage was so appreciated. We would highly recommend Mia for anyone's future real estate needs. She is a real jewel in her profession!

I couldn't imagine working with a better realtor than with Mia. She has been nothing short of wonderful - she is truly one of a kind! Being a first time home buyer, I knew very little of the real estate market and all the details that go with it but rest assured, Mia was there for me every step of the way. She makes it her priorty that I understood and feel comfortable with my search and with my closing. She was there to answer all questions and was always availble by phone and email with quick reponses! I would highly recommend Mia to anyone who is looking to sell or buy - she is the best!
