We hired Nancy when we were looking for our first home. She demonstrates very well all the obvious qualities a real estate agent should, such as many years of experience and knowledge of the area and the entire home-buying process. However, we were looking much farther than that because this was our first home-buying experience. We wanted to work with someone who was honest, had integrity, and didn't follow some of the unethical practices that are unfortunately all too common in this industry. We wanted someone who would be patient with us as we looked through homes and as we kept forming our requirements, was not too pushy to make us commit too quickly for her benefit, and was looking out for our interests beyond financial ones... mainly longer-term happiness. We vetted all of these requirements before selecting Nancy and she came through in all regards along every step of the process. She never made us feel any different than any of her other customers whose deals were many times more financially lucrative for her. She also has a very good intuition about the final price and was usually very close on most deals, but she always kept us in the driving seat for decisions. We'd highly recommend Nancy!

Even after I moved in, Nancy continued to be helpful to make this house a "Home"!!
