I was lucky enough to meet Kim and had her help me find my new home. I met her via FaceTime when I was still in New York. From the minute we talked I knew that she was the person that was going to help me and I felt such a sense of relief. I was immediately impressed with her extensive knowledge of real estate as well as her wonderful personality. It was a difficult move but the trust that she instilled in me made the whole process alot easier. She told me from the start that she wanted me to "love my home" which is impressive in and of itself. When I arrived in North Carolina we set a day and time to meet for her to show me homes. I sent her my wish list thinking that I would have to compromise somewhere -never thinking that she would find a home with everything on that list. She was with me from the very beginning through the end advising me, steering me away from areas that weren't good, always being honest, always available, always making sure I wasn't taken advantage of and reviewing all paperwork before I signed.
