Jane Podowski is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and competent real estate agent my wife and I have worked with. There has never been a situation that she did not have an answer to or a way to solve the problem. We have used her 7 different times either buying property or selling property. There is a reason we keep selecting her as our agent - SHE IS THE BEST! She was always there to help us either in person, on the telephone or by text. Jane also supervised the construction of our new home. She visited during construction and kept us informed with pictures and progress reports, as we live ot of state. My husband and I are residents of Wisconsin and a few years ago decided we wanted to invest in a second home in Florida which would serve as our retirement home. In the short run we planned to use it as an investment property. Clearly by happenstance, my husband stumbled upon realtor Jane Podowski.
We simply can’t praise Jane more highly. She helped us purchase an excellent investment property from Wisconsin with very little effort on our part. Jane is an expert in this market area and was able to direct us to a highly desirable property in a gated community. She Zoom called us and vetted a number of properties in advance of our arrival. She directed us to outstanding service providers from inspectors to property management. Her insights are impeccable!
This year we decided to change course. A Florida retirement no longer felt like the right fit with our adult children scattered around the US. We contacted Jane to serve as our seller agent. Once again, she completely exceeded our expectations. She coordinated professional photos with our renters and management company. She created an appealing listing that resulted in a full price offer within 24 hours with no financing contingency. From that point on, everything was in Jane’s capable hands. She facilitated EVERY step of this process for us. One quick trip to a notary in Wisconsin and out deal closed. Jane was absolutely amazing! We came into town for 1 weekend with the intent to buy land. I came with my sister who was also buying land and will be building soon. We also gave her name to another family member who bought land sight unseen! She was able to complete the task at hand for all three of us! She showed us several lots along with giving us many more lots to look at on our own. She set up meetings with several builders as well. She is super pleasant to work with, very organized, and responds to calls, texts, and emails in a very timely fashion! I would recommend her to everyone! I hope to work with her in the future when we are ready to build!

Jane assisted my uncle and his girlfriend many years ago when they thought they may have to sell their home and relocate back up north. They were able to stay in Florida and keep their home but Jane kept in touch with them over the years. In December my uncle passed away and in June we had made the decision to list the home for sale and immediately called Jane to assist us. She helped us through the process quickly and efficiently at such a difficult time. She was able to get the home under contract and closed within a very short period of time. We can’t thank Jane enough for her assistance and would highly recommend her!
