I think I'll start with a little history of the rental in Roseburg. I've owned this place for almost 50 years so it definitely was a part of my life. Most of those 50 years it was a rental. I never had any intention of selling since it was just part of me. In late January I decided it was time, the question being, where do I start. I called a friend of mine, Samantha Alley, who is a VERY reputable real estate agent where I live. She suggested Nataly Mattox in Roseburg. She called Nataly and within an hour Nataly called me. I felt an immediate connection with Nataly and she listed my rental. She connected with the tenant so there were no problems. After the first showing an offer was made and the house was sold. There were some repairs to be made, Nataly even scheduled those appointments for me and followed through to make sure they were completed. During the whole process Nataly kept me informed and never failed to return a call. She treated this sale as though I we're her mother and she wanted only the best for me! What a relief. Nataly went above and beyond the call of duty!!! She had to be at the home being sold more times than any agent should have to. She did all the leg work and knew who to contact locally as far as contractors and tradesmen. She gave us very wise advice when our contract hit bumps in the road. She graciously handled a difficult selling agent. And when my husband had a health issue she arranged for a mobile notary. She is worth her weight in gold!!! Definitely hire her.
