My mortgage career began in 2006 after a successful career in the customer service sector at AOL/Time Warner. As a Fortune 500 Top Sales Manager, I learned the necessary ingredients to achieve results. I now head up The Polder Group at CrossCountry Mortgage and our Tucson branch at Broadway.
I'm devoted to helping clients reach their goals by providing best-in-class products, terms, and client experience. This commitment to service resulted in recognition as a leader in the industry. The Polder Group has helped thousands of families, funding over a billion dollars toward homeownership here in Tucson. Coming from a military family, I was born in Athens, Greece, and raised in Tucson. I consider Arizona one of the most beautiful places in the world. I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family when not at work, often participating in sports and traveling.
My love for meeting new people, building friendships, and a passion for seeing Tucson grow have led me to support other ventures outside of real estate. These ventures include being an angel investor and fundraiser for Prep & Pastry and the affiliated restaurants, Commoner & Co. and Flora's Market Run. It has been an honor to support local organizations such as Tucson's Boys and Girls Clubs and the University of Arizona Wildcat Club. I'm an active board member for Tu Nidito, a volunteer and active member of Empower Coalition, Inc., and an Honorary Commander of Davis Monthan Air Force Base.

Connor did an amazing job while we were looking for a mortgage loan. We were currently living in San Diego and had never bought a home before. Summit Funding, The Polder Group was highly recommended by our realtor to be an appropriate Lender for setting up our home mortgage. The home that we were pursuing was barely within our reach. There was an extensive amount of work that Summit Funding had to do prior to recommending us entering a contract. As long as there was a chance, Summit Funding and their loan officers did not give up on their research in clarifying that our loan application was sufficient. Extensive research that we knew other Lenders in the past that we have worked with would not have done. The result was us buying the home at a very confident state of mind. I was referred to Derrick and his team by a mutual friend. This friend heard my stories of frustration regarding the loan process. I was not in the position to get any type of loan according to the several companies I went to who promised me everything until i got in the door. My friend told me Derrick would be able to make it happen and if he didn't, no one could. I heard this through several people EVEN other lenders. I gave it a shot. Regardless of how busy Derrick is, he has a team that works around him who compliment his every move. Derrick gave me financial/credit correction direction and it all went from there. The things he said that could happen if certain things were corrected and fixed , came to be exactly as he said. Within a month, I was able to be submitted in as a candidate for a loan.
