I can’t say enough good things about Lisa. She guided us through a challenging sale of our old house, always upbeat and positive. She brought both professionalism and creativity to her marketing strategies, and she never quit working to find the right buyers for our unique property. While selling the old house, she helped us find our next house, navigated us smoothly through the process of a 1031 exchange, and got our sale/purchase completed in a really tight timeframe.

Throughout all of this, she offered her advice but never pressured us — a tough thing to pull off. She was incredibly detail-oriented, kept us well-informed about all the many important aspects of both our sales, and we felt really comfortable in all of our dealings with her. Lisa’s the best!

I've known Lisa since we were young girls growing up together in the East Bay. When my husband's job moved us from Chicago back home, I reached out to an old friend to help me buy a house. What I found, however, was a very knowledgeable real estate professional who knew the area and the market. She took care of everything so that I, the buyer, was professionally represented, while the seller still felt great about the sale. Choosing Lisa to serve as our real estate agent was the best choice my husband and I could have made as we looked for someone to represent us in the sale of our house. Firstly, Lisa is extremely professional, passionate about her work, confident and her attention to detail is remarkable. She dots every “I” and crosses every “T” all while demonstrating her excellent listening skills and good sense of humor. Her timely responses to any email or phone call were met with much happiness as we felt like we were her only clients. We found her to be easy to work with and enthusiastic about our objectives. Secondly, with her decades-long experience in the field, Lisa has a wealth of information that is applicable to properties large and small. Lisa is honest, highly knowledgeable and experienced, thorough and committed to the highest level of service.

I engaged Lisa to sell my Danville townhome and assist me in the purchase of a single family home. She provided excellent advice on the timing of the listing and recommended a stager who beautifully transformed my home. Lisa always responded quickly to my questions, and she took the time to explain things thoroughly.

Before searching for a new home, Lisa listened carefully to my requirements and preferences and completely respected that I am cautious. When the market skyrocketed and the only winning offers were non-contingent, Lisa never pressured me to fall into the trap of waiving my right to inspection. She recommended excellent inspectors who gave me a good sense of the condition of the home that I would ultimately purchase. Ultimately, I bought a home that I will enjoy for years to come.

Lisa is extremely detail oriented and organized and knows the East Bay market really well. She's strongly committed to serving her clients with a high level of care and expertise.

I am so happy with our experience with Lisa Hopkins with our first home purchase. Being first time home buyers, my husband and I were pretty clueless. Lisa took the time to really explain the whole entire process with us from beginning to end. If there was ever a time we didn't understand something, or had a question, we could reach her by phone or email and receive a quick response.

Lisa helped us find our first home (in San Ramon) that we fell in love with and could see ourselves starting a family in. She was on top of communicating with the selling agent. We had issues with the sellers and at one point during escrow, we honestly thought we wouldn't get the house. Lisa worked with the selling agent and was able to get everything worked out. We would not have been able to do it without her.

I am so happy and thankful we had Lisa help us buy our first home. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I can confidently say that we will use Lisa again in the future if and when we need to sell/buy.
