We met Michael Copenhaver via the internet and phone roughly 15 months ago. At the time, we had not determined our destination to purchase. In June 2020 we made the trip to Las Vegas to tour the purchasing options. Michael did a fantastic job over a 3-day period of showing us the different parts of the Las Vegas area. We continued to look on-line, and got pre-approved so we were ready when the timing was right. We eventually were presented with a home that seems to fit our needs. Michael did a video tour that allowed us to react without a personal trip in, which we never thought we would do. We made the offer and the rest is history. We feel that we could rely on Mike to provide us with information, answer our questions and guide us along the way ( we haven’t bought a home for 35 years)! OUTSTANDING! Michael Copenhaver was a godsend. We were very nervous and particular about who we used throughout this home purchase experience. This man did everything we hoped for and more. From the first meeting though after the closing. He is attentive to all details, even the things we didn't think about. I want to say how awesome of an agent Amanda Karszes is. Relocating from the east coast to the west coast I envisioned to be a nightmare in the works. Not at all. I started out wanting to look at homes to purchase and she listened to what I thought I wanted set me up with houses to view. I flew to Las Vegas met with Amanda and looked at homes, as we toured different homes Amanda picked up on the details of what I really wanted and showed me just that. Throughout the process I decided to rent to learn the area because I saw so many homes that I loved in different areas. Amanda switched gears without hesitation, displayed patience during my craziness and found me a rental that I love and can see myself purchasing in the future. I have my forever realtor. We hired Michael to sell our home and did not regret it for a second. I am a licensed agent in another state, so I have extremely high expectations...Mike delivered! We had already relocated to the east coast and Mike handled EVERYTHING for us from booking contractors to touching up the landscaping and making sure our home had curb appeal to stand out, all while keeping budget in mind and advising us when some expenses were not the best investment. We wanted to get it on the market and sold FAST so he got in there and handled little touchups like paint & changing fixtures (most of which the homeowner would normally do) himself! The home sold in 1 week for much more than we originally anticipated, and we closed in about a month.
