It was such an awesome experience working with Erica Becker. I was looking to purchase a second home in Las Vegas for our retirement. Erica not only helped me find a home, but she also helped me sell the condo. I’m here in Hawaii and she was very diligent and took care of everything. I can't say enough about the service that I received from all aspects of the Gafford group. From the first interaction I felt like a long time customer that was valued. My real estate agent, Michael Copenhaver, is top notch. This is the 8th home I've purchased in several different states and cities, and Michael is by far the best I've worked with. From little things like picking me up from the airport, to being available anytime I had a question and responding nearly immediately. Again this was the best experience I've ever had in real estate.

We were looking at houses online, and Kami contacted us to ask if we wanted to go see some of the homes. We met him at the office and toured 4 beautiful places. He was nice and very helpful, not at all pushy. We called him to go back and look again at one awesome home . He arranged for us to go look again and we made an offer that day. Joey was very helpful getting our loan set up, getting all the paperwork and transfers done. We highly recommend them if you are looking for a house!!

Kelsey was such a great person to work with during the entire process! She is knowledgeable and priced my home well and sold it in about a month. She was there to answer all of my questions, explain the current market conditions and suggest sales strategies. She was also a huge help negotiating the amount of repairs that I would do.

Kelsey was quick to provide me with information to finalize the inspections and closing paperwork as I was on a tight timeline.

I have bought and sold a few homes in the local area and beyond and look forward to working with Kelsey again on my next property!

No matter what time, what day, and what my question was, I could always reach out to Michael and Nick Paggi, and they would make time for me. If they were busy, they would call me back shortly. When I couldn't make a walk-through, Michael took care of it for me. His vast knowledge about houses and the market made the process of buying a house less stressful. I even received gifts! On my first face to face with Michael, he gave me a welcome gift with cheese, crackers, wine, etc. As time progressed, I received a packing package with the works. I also received a stress relieving gift box and a goody box. The personal attention I received, made me feel special, they know how stressful buying a house can be, but the team made it very manageable for me, which I truly appreciate. I just want to say that Amanda Karczses is a phenomenal realtor and overall a classy lady. She went above and beyond for my husband and I, and when we felt like giving up she stayed positive and encouraged us to explore all options available to us. She didn't give up when the lender backed out on us. She stayed patient and referred us to a lender which we secured a loan and closed escrow so fast - that my head was spinning. I had Kami as my Real Estate agent and I can def say that if you want to make things happen and make a deal, hes your guy. Def motivated to make a deal happen. Everything was handled efficiently and quickly. Kami was very thorough in notifying me of what to expect etc... dont forget to shop around for mortgage brokers especially in crazy times like now. There is numerous mortgage companies that have deals and lowered their closing costs. Anyhow, I can definitely recommend Kami to handle your real estate needs as he has great tenacity and drive. Although we weren't sure what to expect and we were full of questions, my husband and I were determined to buy our first home this year. I am Canadian and owned a condo in Vegas. Kelsey was recommended from another Canadian client. Never met her, but when we spoke on the phone she was so easy and kind to speak with.
