Being a first time home buyer is a scary thing, but Rusty was there every step of the way to put us at ease. We started with very little knowledge of the home buying process, and no idea who to reach out to. Rusty contacted us quickly after we had made an inquiry on a zillow listing. Rather than giving us a sales pitch, he recommended that we meet in person so that he could introduce himself and teach us a bit about the way buying a home works. It was exactly what we needed, and we knew right away we wanted him as our realtor.

He's been awesome since :) Working with Rusty was like interacting with a friend, which is nice since home buying and the paperwork that comes with it can have a bit of a business transaction feel. He kept it enjoyable AND professional.

I have nothing to say but great things about Rusty, and couldn't be happier with his help in buying our new home!
