We had a great experience working with Chris. He helped us from across the country, touring homes on our behalf while on a video call. He gave honest advice even if his opinion differed from our own. There were times we asked about houses and he told us not to pursue it because of issues he identified. Didn't feel like he was rushing us to buy. We did a series of interviews for our Real Estate Agents and Chris Dawkins and Tara Murphy blew us away with their answers. We were clear about our desire to get into our first home and Tara and Chris asked the right questions and gave us the exact knowledge to go into a home with the right amount of scrutiny and realism that we needed to make the right decision. We received a daily list of houses on the market based on our criteria and what was especially great was how much time Chris and Tara spent on looking at each of the houses listed and highlighting pros and cons and which ones exactly they'd recommend we see. Chris and Tara were super fast at their responses and Chris shared his extra knowledge on ADUs which we were very interested in, in particular during our search. We ended up in our first home within a month and a half from meeting them! Tara did a wonderful job with the negotiation process, setting up all the needed inspectors, and communicating effectively with the selling agent to get us the best deal possible. My partner and I really appreciate Chris and Tara and would highly recommend them to first time homebuyers that are serious about getting into a home in such a competitive market.
