Given the Bay Area Housing (crisis!?! as some folks allude to it as), it's extremely difficult to get exactly what you're looking for in the location you're looking for. I'm extremely numbers oriented and don't fall for the market sentiment easily and can give most Real Estate Agents quite the headache. Young is phenomenal when it comes to understanding her clients and their needs and has a super friendly, calm & warm demeanor, and is very honest, straight-forward and is extremely accurate when it comes to gauging the market conditions and also knows her numbers as well and is pretty much spot-on.
We've worked with several other real estate agents who're trying to make a #quick-buck-on-other-peoples-money but Young was instrumental in making it happen for us (#simply-awesome). She has an amazing style and strategy, to #just-get-it-done which is really what's needed in this Silicon Valley market and can quickly understand the buyers/sellers involved in the deal.
I have no doubt Young is the best agent we've worked with thus far and I'd definitely recommend Young and would leverage Young's skills in the future.

I met Young when she was selling a condo in the complex that I was living in. In the past I had a problem with another realtor that was inexperienced but after speaking with Young I felt very confident about having her sell my condo. I was probably not the easiest client because of my past problem with another realtor but Young was there to guide me through the whole process .
Young had told me that we need to list the condo A.S.A.P. Trusting Young I told her to go ahead and list the condo. In a very short amount of time she had the pictures taken and listed. On a Friday Young had called me and told me that the condo was on the internet and I said that I would look at it when I get the chance and she said that she was calling me because there are people standing outside my condo and they want to know if it is all right for them to come in to look at the condo. I found out from the potential buyers that there were not very many condos that they liked for sale. Between Youngs prompt action to move on the listing , the pricing and the great pictures on the internet we had multiple offers on Friday, Saturday and on Sunday we accepted an offer.
Young did everything right. She is a true professional . Young was there from the start all the way through the closing process . I was happy and the buyer was happy. I would recommend Young to any one I know and this is the first time that I have recommended anyone.

I feel very fortunate to have had Young Jacob to sell my home in Menlo Park. Not only is she is very sweet, kind and patient but also proficient and professional. I had a great experience working with Young Jacob. She helped me sell my house on short sale. It was quite challenging as the bank had a firm price which they would not let the house sell for any less and it would barely move at that price. In addition, the first couple buyers backed out, making me wonder if the sale would even go through. The whole time Young was incredibly positive and energetic which also helped keep my spirits up.
Each time a buyer backed out she jumped to action and found a replacement buyer literally within days. I'm so relieved to have the short sale behind me and Young delivered on everything she promised. She is very knowledgeable in short sales and I highly recommend her. Thank you Young!

I am very pleased by Young's work. As a first-time home buyer, I did not have much knowledge of house and loan and Young was helping me a lot. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and pleasant to work with and found the right house for us.
