We met Leslie about 2 years ago while just stopping in at an open house. At the time, we were not in a position to purchase but Leslie made such an impression on us that we saved her contact information. When we were finally in a position to purchase, we called Leslie who immediately got the ball rolling. It took approximately 2 months to find our dream house - and that includes closing time! We toured at least 50 houses in 3 weekends and on the 4th weekend we found our dream house and 30 days later - we got the keys to our new home. What is most important is that Leslie listens to your needs and wants and never gives up. She will fight to the end - or tell you to walk away. We loved her honestly and her tenacity and would highly recommend her.

However, after meeting Leslie at one of the open houses, we decided to go with her because not only was she very knowledgeable, she was also helpful and not pushy. We ended up selling my house two weeks later for $636.000, well over asking! Leslie was so pleasant to work with and she was there helping me all the way. I would strongly recommend Leslie Ames, as your agent when buying or selling a home or land in the Morgan Hill, San Martin and Gilroy area. Leslie is very knowledgeable in the real estate business and has many years of experience. When it came to selling our parents estate on Llagas Rd. in Morgan Hill, Leslie was extremely helpful in letting me know, what I needed to do to get the estate sold in a timely manner. She not only gave great advice but stepped right in and helped me with manual labor such as painting the house, cleaning the yard and so on. I have never known an agent and believe me, I have dealt with a few in the past five years that would go that extra mile to sell your property. Leslie Ames, not only went beyond the call of being an excellent agent but also is an exemplary asset to the business. Sellers need more Agents with compassion, and energy like Leslie Ames.

I had the most wonderful experience on the sale of my 98 year old mom's house. Leslie helped me so much during the whole process, I have some medical issues and wasn't able to be on top of things as I should have been. Leslie guided me in all aspects of the appraisal to market the property; to suggesting handymen to assist in the repairs to the home to make it presentable to place on MLS, to accompanying me during the sign off at the title company. She knows the market, her job and how to help the sellers arrive at a fair market value. We were able to secure a buyer for this property in less than 3 days and had a successful close. I would highly recommend Leslie Ames as an agent, she kept in contact with me, explained all the many papers that need to be reviewed and signed by me (as power of attorney for my mom).
