We hired the Chellino Francis Group at Intero to sell our home after 20 years of residing in Holiday Lake Estates. We had known the Chellino and Francis families for many years and had become friends along the way. We hung out together at baseball tournaments of our sons or had their daughter over for swimming in our pool. At first, we questioned whether it was the right choice to hire close friends into a professional relationship where so much money was at stake. But we quickly realized that they are as professional as it gets. From our very first meeting, in which they introduced the process to us and helped us prepare for selling our home, to defining the asking price, creating a beautiful professional exposé, facilitating open houses and showings, reviewing and responding to offers and negotiating and closing the deal they excelled.
