We listed our house right before the Covid shelter in place started and it was sold within a week. My wife and I bought our house in Morgan Hill from Ralph Chellino (representing the seller) in May of 2016. We knew it was a temporary move, and we would transition out of state for retirement. We hired Ralph to sell our home in August of 2020, and we were extremely pleased with Ralph's service.
