Todd is the best realtor we have ever done business with. He is personable, professional, very effective. He also cares about his clients on a personal level and is very conscientious. He was so helpful to us getting our home ready to sell and his market research was spot on. Our home sold quickly for our asking price. I highly recommend Todd.

Todd came highly recommended, and I am grateful that I followed such good advice. I was nervous, since this was the first time I sold a house. I didn't know anything at all about the process. Todd explained everything, sometimes twice, in order to make sure I knew what was going on and what I should expect. He made it easy! And understandable, and straightforward, and even when I had to sit and wait a bit, he always told me what was going on. I am as grateful as a person can be that I had Todd to help me get ready, set timelines, negotiate, and close this deal. He talks about "landing the plane" and it did feel like that at times, but I'd rather have Todd and his team pilot me through this than anyone else. I am completely impressed and thankful, and would recommend Todd to everyone who needs a responsible, thorough, calm, and patient realtor. Todd gets a 10 out of 10.

A colleague of mine referred me to Todd, and it was one of the best things anyone has ever done for me!

I had an intro call with Todd back in December, where we chatted about my needs, wants, and budget. I told him I wouldn't be ready to buy until August/September of the following year, and he was super cool about it. He offered to send me homes, take me on a tour of the area, and answer any questions I had in the meantime.

Fast-forward eight months, and a few weeks before my husband and I expected to start seriously looking, Todd sent me my dream home listing. I immediately contacted him and he put me in touch with his preferred lender.

Todd was able to get us into the home before anyone else saw it and WAY before the open house. Just four days after I saw the house online, we had seen it in person, been pre-approved, put in an offer, and had it accepted!

We just closed and Todd has been so responsive, knowledgeable, and amazing throughout this entire process. He knew going in what the seller was looking for and how we could get our offer accepted. He went to bat for us multiple times and has saved us every dollar he possibly could. He has recommendations for everything from gardeners to cleaners.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Todd, and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone searching for a home, whether it's their first or fifth!

Todd is by far the best real estate agent I've ever encountered. His knowledge of the buying and selling process, market conditions, and financing are outstanding. Todd was an amazing realtor. Buying a house is extremely stressful and he made it as smooth as possible. He always made time for us even canceling dinners with family to show us houses we were interested in. He was always available via text or call no matter what time of day. I think aside from Todd’s outstanding customer service he’s not a guy to pressure you for a quick sale . He takes his time showing you many options and as a first time home buyer it’s tough to make decisions. He gave great advice and had good connections in the industry to help figure out the best outcome for us. We are very Happy with our new home and I’ve given Todd’s name to future home buyers because I believe in what he did for us. We are forever grateful and are currently living our best life in our new amazing & beautiful home. I wish every future client the same :)

My wife and I were pretty stressed going into the selling process because we wanted to make sure that we did everything right. Todd immediately disarmed that stressed because of his experience, knowledge, and calm under pressure. Difficult to describe, but we knew right away that we were in good hands. He helped advise us on upgrade areas to attract the right kind of buyer, facilitated the endless paperwork process for us, and ultimately found us multiple offers so that we could confidently select a committed buyer. The rest is history and we'll soon be using Todd again when we're on the buyer's side

Todd helped us tremendously in finding our first home. He knew the area, he knew what we wanted by asking lots of questions, and he ultimately found what we wanted. He negociated great terms, he went back and forth with the seller several times for us on a bunch of smaller issues and he was very accessible throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured. I was terrified from offer to signing, then I "let go". Todd helped me through the process and let me know the five stages of "letting go" and diving into California housing. He gave us confidence that this was a good home and that we were getting a good deal relative to the market.

My wife and I recently put our house on the market because we were in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo and needed to upgrade to something a little bigger. After interviewing three realtors we decided to go with Todd Brown at Intero, and we are certainly glad that we did. Todd is fantastic! I don’t often give reviews, but it is the least I could do for Todd after all the time and effort he put into helping us through the process. This was our 1st home sale and we were unsure of what to expect, fortunately for us Todd walked us through each step of the process and guided us to a successful outcome. Todd met with us at our home and sat down with my wife and I and went over the numbers, used analytics, and showed us his marketing strategy - each phase of the process was well thought out and the presentation was executed professionally and without any pressure or hidden agenda. Todd explained what we might want to do to get the home ready for sale and my wife and I began acting on his advice. Todd’s recommended resources were much like him - reasonably priced and provided the requested service timely. He even helped us find a mover and a person to remove some unwanted junk for a reasonable price. As for Todd, he is always prompt when returning calls, texts, and emails. He is genuine and thoughtful in his approach, acts with honesty and integrity, and is more than accommodating when answering our many questions and easing our concerns.

I highly recommend using Todd Brown for your realtor. What I loved about him the most is that he was honest with us throughout the entire process. He was flexible as far as when and where we were looking to buy along with our timeline.
