I recently had to sell my parents home in Redwood City. Dave and Gwen Blewett were wonderful to work with. Very professional and very supportive. They explained every step, helped with preparations of the home, repairs and staging, made sure all the disclosure and reports were done and accessible, making the final closing a breeze. We worked with Dave and Gwen for our first home sale and they totally exceeded our expectations. They're a great team - Dave is the the real estate guru and Gwen is the energy that powers the team. When we had our buyer/owner walk through it was late fall and dark - Dave waited for the buyer at the curb with a flash light to escort her to the door - it speaks volumes of the character of the person. Dave made the sell of our house seem so easy!! This is a crazy market, but he is a true professional in all aspects of signing up the client to the closing paperwork. Gwen is amazing with her list of handymen, painters, landscape and staging companies. They were both always available when I called with my questions and helped us to get top dollar(which is always important to the seller) !!!

Dave and Gwen are the best! When it came time to sell the family home in San Carlos that my parents purchased new back in 1947, there was no doubt who I would turn to.
