Rich is the only person in solar I will ever work with. He is patient - always makes sure I feel comfortable with the information he has provided and takes the time to answer every question I have. He checks in throughout the entire process and doesn't leave just because the sale is final. He even came by the day of the install to make sure that not only my family was ready but to bring coffee to the installers and make sure they felt supported and appreciated. Rich has the very rare ability to keep connected without feeling pushy or invasive. I appreciate all he's done to help us make this transition and save money in the process. I came into this with a skeptism. I don’t know anything about solar so I had to do some homework into solar and what questions to ask..... I talked to a different company that could not answer my questions..... when I talked to Richard.... I asked a lot and he answered every one. The crew was polite, did a great job on the installation and cleaned up afterwards!
