Cassandra brings tremendous design and staging ability and experience to her talent as a real estate agent. She is an extremely dedicated agent, very professional besides being so likable and easy to work with. We have used her talents a few times now and recommended her to friends who have successfully employed her as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Cassandra and would, in fact, encourage anyone, buying or selling to align themselves with this tremendously knowledgeable and hardworking woman! Can’t say enough good things!

Cassandra was everything I was hoping for in a realtor and more. As a first-time home buyer, I essentially knew nothing about home buying or homeownership when I started this process, and it was so reassuring to have someone willing to guide me through this endeavor and answer my enormous number of questions. Cassandra was always extremely responsive and available throughout my period of searching, offer-making, and closing on a property. Home buying is a stressful proposition, but with Cassandra's knowledge and thoroughness I felt confident that everything would go smoothly, and it did! I really enjoyed working with her on a personal level too. An added bonus is that she has a degree in art and design, and thus has provided invaluable advice to me with respect to potential ideas and resources for renovations and decorating in my new condo. I am so excited to have actually managed to buy a condo in San Mateo - which I never thought would be possible - and this is thanks in large part to Cassandra!

Cassandra is an oracle. Her keen insight and expertise were invaluable in our search for a home. Without her guidance, it is very possible we would have settled for some properties that superficially seemed ok for an inexperience buyer, but ultimately were not good long term buys. We were more than overjoyed when we finally moved into our house and it would not have been possible without Cassandra and the limitless amount of help she gave us throughout the process.

Cassandra blew me away with her knowledge of Bay Area real estate. For those of you that prefer binary, I'd give her 10 thumbs up.

Micro-climates, earthquakes and geological stability, commute times, how different buildings deal with their trash, Homeowners Association finance and special assessments, market price history, the bidding process, what sellers and their agents are really looking for and how to win a bid, demographics of small planned communities, and the real costs of underbidding. She even gave me the best housewarming gift I've gotten so far, from anyone. She has been in this industry for years and it shows. She is approachable, always available and patient, and she is as nice as can be about the realities of the mid-peninsula real estate market. Basically given reality, perfect.

We took her advice to heart and we won our first bid by the skin of our teeth. We never even had to fall in love (with a home) twice. I am presently shamelessly pitching her to all my friends, so by the time you read this she may be very busy. =)

In all seriousness though, she did a great job for us and earned every dime and then some. She has been less of an agent for a transaction than a personal teacher for me as a young, first-time buyer. 5 stars, 10/10, 2 thumbs up and all that. She earned it.

Cassandra is a unique and effective representative who exceeded my expectations. Her pre-contract viewpoints and effective staging of my home were key factors in its quick sale. She is a win-win ethical negotiator and it has been a very enlightening, comfortable experience.

Cassandra did an outstanding job to present my house as a home and we had 4 offers and all were over asking price. It was remarkable. The most outstanding thing though was her commitment to help me even after the sale by arranging a 60-day rent-back, and she even took me to doctor appointments and helped me to get the furniture I didn’t need sold so I could move to a retirement community.
