Mariah Jacobs took care of my clients and made sure the closing took place. She accommodated us for a very early morning closing to help my sellers keep their work schedule. There were no issues encountered at the closing and communication throughout made sure we were all ready on time. Nice staff and great location for closings, I highly recommend Alpha-Omega Title.

We had date changes to the file and addenda added, family members to appease, and Nikki handled it all so easily and professionally. The closing sailed through and at the end I went to her office and thanked her. There were even chocolate chip cookies at the table...now those can tame anyone LOL!

I was advised of documents I would need and information requested well ahead of time so there was no last minute rush. When we arrived at closing documents were prepared, clearly explained, and executed quickly. The whole process took very little time. When the buyers failed to show up at the right office, the closing agent packed up and met them at another office so that the closing completed on the correct day and the agent transferred the funds to us on that day even though he had been delayed. I think he did an excellent job.

I just closed my 3rd home with AO in the last 18 months. Each closing has been handled professionally and expeditiously. They are my preferred title company. We had a bank glitch and Melissa went above and beyond to identify and correct the problem for our last closing. AO communicated with my Realtor to coordinate an early closing when it was more convenient for me. We'll be back!

I was very pleasantly surprised regarding my last transaction with your Title Company, how very Stress-Free it went.

I know my Seller was very afraid that she would not close: because of the closing date being changed 2-3 times (not a reflection on Alpha-Omega).

We entered the Closing table, and the reassuring confidence of the Title person, who put her completely at ease: she mentioned to me when we left, "That's the easiest closing, I've ever experienced"

We were both pleasantly surprised.

AO title, specifically Tracey L. Griffin, was fantastic, prompt, and thorough -- closing was as smooth as a baby's bottom (really!) and painless. Much better than our experience with other companies! Five-star service.
