Sharon was an absolute pleasure to work with. My family and I met Sharon prior to making the decision to move from St. Louis to Newport Beach. While in the area to visit my potential new employer and familiarize ourselves with Newport Beach, Sharon gave us one heck of tour of the area and surrounding neighborhoods. She was very intentional with what she showed us. She really listened to our wants and needs, and she took the time to understand what environment we were moving from in St. Louis.

Working with Sharon was easy and efficient. She knows Newport Beach and the surrounding area like the back of her hand, which made it so much easier to narrow down our search.

At the end of the day Sharon helped us land a spot in the Port Streets. As you may know, the market is hot right now, so when the property became available, Sharon was quick to let us know (we were in St. Louis). She scheduled a meeting with the listing agent and did a virtual tour for us. She understood our needs and she was convinced the place was what we were looking for. We went under contract without seeing it in person, but we were confident Sharon knew us well enough to guide us appropriately. The property meets our needs exceptionally well. We're close to the water, close to my office, and in a wonderful school district. When it comes to real estate, my golden rule is "love where you live." We certainly do, thanks to Sharon.

While we had time on our side with regards to the sale of our home in Newport Beach, Sharon found us a buyer through her sources and our home sold in twelve hours for full ask, all cash with a thirty day escrow, whew! Sharon was totally on top of the whirlwind of paper work and totally went to bat for us when dealing with the buyer's agent. If we texted or called with questions they were answered within minutes. She was so comforting through this process, we knew we were in good hands. She sent us off with a lovely parting gift and wished us well on our new endeavor, and continues to be in touch. We cannot recommend Sharon enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Not only did we have a great broker, but a great friend. We are trying to get her to come visit us in Georgia, she's fun as well as totally on top of her game!
