Having talked to and interviewed several realtors, we chose Brian. We always felt like we were being looked after with Brian. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision, and he would always explain, in clear and simple language, everything that was going on. In fact, he would go over and beyond just explaining what was happening, but also the impact of the decisions we were making. Being first time home buyers having a former banker walk us through how financing works and the things to look out for was great! I think that was probably the best thing about Brian. I felt as though he understood where we were as home buyers and was able to work with us on our level instead of expecting us to come up to his. Having gone through this process it pays to have an experienced, well spoken, and ethical person like Brian! Our negotiation process was difficult, and over the thanksgiving, christmas and new years holidays, even with all of that Brian stayed in touch with us and the seller to get us our dream home.
