Bruce has a calming influence. Selling a home can become stressful overtime. Bruce was always calm and collected and helped us work through any and all situations necessary to sell our home in a very reasonable period of time. There are several things that we really valued about our relationship. First, his expertise and experience in the industry. We've worked with other agents on previous home purchases and I can honestly say, none of them even came close to Bruce.

Second, his commitment to his customers – Bruce was always there when we had questions or concerns – on the phone, by text, by email, you name it. We felt like we were his only customer (I’m sure far from reality), and really appreciated his availability.

Third, Bruce was very consultative in his approach and also sensitive to our needs. There were times when we needed him to be more hands-on, which he was. And there were times when we needed our time/space to make a decision and he respectfully gave us that as well.

Four, I loved his honesty! During the three month home search, there were houses that we were interested in and each time, Bruce provided his candid opinion on the home, be it good or bad. Looking back at some of the homes we considered, he was absolutely right, and we very likely would have regretted buying something that at the time seemed like a good decision.

Lastly, and most specifically – he played an integral (if not THE integral) role in helping us get our dream house. We took his suggestions and advice, and ended up beating out the other offers and getting our dream house. We moved two weeks ago!

I think the biggest and truest compliment that I can give someone is whether I would work with them again – and with Bruce, the answer is in a heartbeat.
