We had a really great experience with Nick. My wife and I were first time home buyers, and so the entire process was very foreign to us. Nick was there every step of the way and helped us understand the process from start to finish. He was very responsive and had a no-nonsense approach about what we needed to do and how to do it. He was also very knowledgeable and has had lots of experience, so we trusted him to take care of everything and guide us through the process. In our particular case our seller was not using an agent. Even though he only represented us, he had no issues putting in the extra time and effort to make sure things were facilitated smoothly since there was no agent on their end.
