Jose was introduced to us by my husband who spoke very highly of him to myself and my siblings when we wanted to sell our parent’s home. At our first meeting we were very impressed by his sales presentation and his recommendations of what we needed to do to sell our home. He had people at his fingertips to do everything from cleaning, repairs and painting and putting a brand new driveway in. He topped this off by bringing his beautiful wife Onelia to help with the staging of our home. His marketing and open houses brought us interested buyers within the first week. Jose was nothing short of amazing in our time working with him. We hired Jose, who came highly recommended by a mutual friend, to help us in finding/purchasing a new home while concurrently selling our previous home.

The most awesome thing about Jose was the way that he handled our home sale. Our house needed a little work to get to a point where it was ready to sell. He worked with us to find a budget that we felt comfortable with as well as consulting with us on the areas of the house we felt needed improvement, all while advising us on the areas of the house where improvement would produce the best results during the selling process.

Jose not only acted as a realtor during this process, but as a project manager! He coordinated all the contractors, scheduling, etc. He knows a lot of quality workers that do a great job for a reasonable fee.

On a modest budget, he turned our little house into a shining star! The house was put on the market on a Thursday and sold for WAY over ($65,000 over) the asking price by the following Tuesday! The open house he held on Saturday and Sunday brought in 100+ GROUPS of people....not individuals. That's 200+ people in two days!

On the buying side, Jose helped us to see as many houses as we wanted, knowing that the more we see, the more we could focus in on what we really wanted in a home, as a family. I still remember him saying to us, "I will know when you and your wife find YOUR house, because you will look at eachother and will not stop smiling." Well, one lucky day we had that exact feeling, and Jose looked at me and said, "See! That's what I meant...I think you just found your new HOME!"

Jose is professional, friendly, well-connected, successful, great at what he does, and a great family man as well.

On top of all of that, my wife and I are now happy to call Jose our FRIEND.

Jose was hired to market and sell a three bedroom, two bath house in Fremont, California in December 2013. He was superb in this role.
