Buyer and Seller
In the past year, we have worked with Liz on real estate transactions totaling over $2M. On the sell side, the creativity exhibited by Liz enabled us to sell our home in four days at a price greater that what we were asking. On the sell side, Liz diligently worked with us for about ten months as we searched for an ideal new home.
By the time we found a new home, we were actually remote buyers - living about 500 miles away from where the new home was located. Nonetheless, Liz stepped in and put forth an extraordinary and consistent effort to send us information related to new properties on the market and actually served as the "eyes and ears" for us in terms of researching properties. After a while, I sensed that she knew what we were looking for better than we did and this proved very helpful in terms of reducing travel.
The process of closing the deal on the new home purchase quickly became complicated. However, the attention to detail put forth by Liz coupled with her business "insights" enabled us to close the deal on time and as per the sales agreement.
In looking back on the "buy" transaction, I don't think the purchase would have occurred were it not for the professionalism and guidance provided by Liz. There were several hurdles which needed to be overcome; and, in each instance, Liz applied the creativity to address those issues. Even when the sellers were contemplating backing out of the deal, Liz somehow managed to keep things on a smooth and steady course for us.
I firmly believe that this latest transaction would have not been completed to success and would have been a lot more stressful were it not for the involvement of Liz. I would definitely seek to secure her expertise and services when it comes time to acquire or sell another property.
