Lorie worked with us to help buy a beautiful place in Santa Clara. Her savvy got us into the house we bought, but the story that I want to tell is the one about the house we decided not to pursue. We put an offer on a pretty house in the Cambrian area. Great schools, nice updates, a good option for us. But something wasn't right when our offer was accepted so quickly. Lorie did some sleuthing and was able to find out about criminal activity in the neighborhood, from very reliable sources and at a level of believable detail. It turned out to be coming from the house right next door to our almost future home! She saved us from making a really bad decision, and even after working with us for a long time, she put our well-being WAY above getting her commission a little quicker.

Beyond all that, Lorie's just a pleasure to work with. Professional, accessible, and just a nice person. I would recommend working with her if you are looking for a house you will really love living in.
