Randy did a wonderful job for us. He listened to everything we wanted, was up front with us about what he thought we would and wouldn't like at various properties, but never pushed us to accept his opinion on anything. We couldn't be happier with our experience, and our 5 year old is still waiting for Realtor Summer Camp to open so he can become Randy's full time assistant.

I referred a long time friend and client to Randy who wanted to sell his rental home in Madison. From the moment I first spoke with Randy about the possible referral he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the Madison, WI market. I ended up choosing Randy for the referral and he did not disappoint me or my client who was selling from out of state. The house had several issues some known and some that were surprises at the last minute and he handled it them all like a true pro. I have already recommended Randy Lenz. He did a great job for us. He was so much fun to work with and at the same time he was completely professional. He helped us sell our home and buy a new one. He was with us every step of the way. I appreciated how he was always available when I had questions or when I got scared. He's very understanding and never made me feel my concerns were silly. I hope I never move again, but if I do I'll call Randy.

Randy made the selling and previous buying of our home as easy as possible. He is fun to work with and always a well prepared. With 30 years of experience in reality Randy is incredibly knowledgeable in the region and takes the busy work out of researching a sale or purchase. He has recommendations for anything you could need throughout the process (i.e. home repairs, appraisal ) and provides answers to any question in a timely manner.
