Steve Nevarez has over 15 years experience helping buyer's and seller's make one of the most important investments in their lives, which is Real Estate. Steve and his team has learned throughout the years that home selling has more to do with counceling, which is his forte, since he has a degree in Kinesiology, with a minor in Pshychology.  Since his youth he has a passion in helping others, and he use to teach & coach baseball before he discovered Real Estate!

I met Steve at an open house in 2012. He was a seller's agent. I asked him if he could hlep me find a home and he said "yes". Since then, he helped me buy my first home, sell my first home and buy my second home. He patiently guided me through the whole buying/selling processes. He also has resources such as lenders and contractors that were helpful and convenient. I am sure I will work with him again within a couple of years to sell my second house and buy third house.
