A former classical ballerina, Linda danced professionally both in the US and Europe for 15 years. Upon retiring from dance she attended law school at Bristol University in England prior to graduating from Le Cordon Bleu École de Cuisine in London. Returning the US, she founded and ran Lindergaff, LLC a cookbook publishing and educational tour company until 2010, working with Paris-based non-profit French organization Routes Francois Ier and top university alumni travel programs running gourmet architectural programs in France. She has received numerous awards for her publications.
