I met Leo at an open house up the street from our house in mid September. He was having an open house and what impressed me was that he was spending the whole day keeping the home open so he could get the most exposure for the client. That day I said to Leo "it you sell this home for the listed price I want you to represent us. Of course he did. Leo listed our home and sold it for more than the asking price in ONE DAY. To a cash customer. I said to my wife careful what you wish for. I our minds we thought it would at least take a month or more. Leo is an amazing and knowledgeable real estate agent. We have had the pleasure of working with him three times! One of the first houses he sold for us sold in 4 days and there were seven just like it for sale! He knows how to create action so the listing gets sold. He then listened to our concerns about buying a house. I needed a bedroom downstairs. He was amazing at finding our new home in a neighborhood that was a dream. When it came time to sell that house, Leo sold it in ONE DAY!!!! How is that for action? I would never go with any other real estate agent in the Las Vegas /Henderson area. Leo is just too good!!!
