Jill did an excellent job in selling our old condo and purchasing a new single house. Our condo was quickly listed an we had visitors within a day. And we sold our condo in a week. The new home we purchased is in a lovely area, friendly neighborhood, and good condition. Jill helped us to get the house in a really good price (about $100,000 less than the average price in that area). Jill is always available to answer any questions, and she is responsible for all answers she gave.

I tried many agents before, but Jill was exceptional because she would follow up and guide my search with market conditions. She has a vast network of brokers that inform her of new properties and price reductions before they are scheduled to happen, which gives you a tremendous edge.
Her guidance in negotiation was instrumental to my offer being accepted. She was also available all the time, and would respond extremely quickly.
I can't thank her enough, and am referring her to all my friends and family that are searching in the area.

Jill was instrumental in helping us finally buy our first home. She was very diligent and responsive and always took the time to explain everything to us. She was always very accommodating to our hectic schedules and would meet us after hours or on weekends to show us properties. Her advice was always very spot-on when it came to fair offers for a property. My husband and I didn't always totally agree on a home's fair value, but Jill put up with us and tried her best to help us win every offer we made. In the end, we won the one where we took Jill's advice and offered what she suggested. We just closed escrow yesterday and we are so excited to be moving into our first home. Thank you so much, Jill! We interviewed four real estate agents and Jill Penna was the stand out. She met us at the house to assess the property. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Jill presented a detailed timeline to market Mom’s home. She was very accommodating. She came out to the house to sign paperwork and answered all our questions.
