We were looking for a house to move from KC to St Petes area, we were scheduled to see a few houses 2 days before we had to leave the realtor we were scheduled to with sent me a text and dropped us before we could even see a house - I immediately called Danyell she called me back and within a day we had several houses scheduled to see - she was great she emailed me several houses and I picked out some she became familiar with what we liked and looked at 6 houses - she is very professional, friendly and knows the Tampa area very well - we put in an offer before had to leave on Friday and by Saturday with her wonderful help our offer was accepted - we closed several weeks later and thanks to her wonderful help we now own a house in St Petersburg and can now finally be one step closer to retirement - thanks to her immediate response to help us out with only a few days left in the area we found the house of dreams - he has been so helpful in helping us set things up while we still run our business in KC - we never would have found our dream home in Florida without her and wonderful knowledge and help - Danyell thank you so much
I would recommend her for anyone who is truly looking for house and advice on the areas - she truly knows and will not waste any time helping the next person or family find their dream home -

Danielle was great. From the first time I looked at the property till now she was always helpful and no matter how many questions I had she went the extra mile to get me the answers I needed. I came back to New Jersey shortly after making an offer and was worried things would not go smoothly without me there but she made sure everything was ok. She even did the final walk through to be sure all was ok. I would certainly use her again

I was so fortunate to meet Danyell at an open house and be able to subsequently work with her. She made my purchase of a St Pete Beach condo as easy as possible. She was quick with answers to my questions -- even when she was technically off work with the flu. Her warm, low-key style was a plus -- no pressure from Danyell. Her professionalism and responsiveness continued after closing when I queried her about local providers in the area. If I sell property or purchase again in the St. Pete area, Danyall will be my top agent choice.

We met Danyell last month while we were on vacation. We can't believe how quickly we closed on our condo purchase (all done within 3 weeks) with Danyell guiding us all the way, offering her support and knowledge even after we returned to the UK. Danyell is one of the best property managers I have ever had. After 35 years of owning rental properties it has been my experience that there are not many in this field who live up to my standards! Danyell is one of those few who handle my properties the way I would myself. She is a real go-getter and deals with any problems that come up with speed and competency.
