There are few people who truly go above and beyond reasonable expectations and Marlene is one of them. She's a busy person, but never too busy to answer a call/text/email quickly. I was in a difficult and stressful situation. I was involved in a 1031 exchange where I had sold an apartment building in West L.A. and had 45 days to find a replacement property.
