Jill Uda listed our father's house in Freedom, California. She was the best partner we could have hoped for throughout the entire process. It was an elegant and wonderful experience with Jill to achieve my first home. I called her my "hero" for making my long time dream come true, to become a first time homeowner. Jill Uda was recommended to me by my contractor. Jill is an experienced and caring real estate agent. Jill was wonderful to work with and made my first home selling experience (in the past 20 years) a pleasant and seamless process. Needless to say, it was a pretty stressful time. Jill was so professional and took all of the stress of the real estate end of it out of the equation for me. Jill was knowledgeable about the local real estate market and what to list and sell the home for. She came over and helped me for the staging recommendation so the house would look great in photos. Jill did the market analysis and listing price strategy. Within 2 weeks, I had 12 offers with over the asking price. She had my very best interests at heart when all of the offers came in and walked me through every single one of them. Jill was always available and willing to answer any question. I worked with Jill under stressful circumstances, closing the estate of a deceased friend. Jill was always very professional, with a "can do" attitude. Her positive outlook helped me through some difficult issues. Jill went above and beyond what I would have assumed were the responsibilities of a sales agent.
