Jordan helped my wife and I purchase our first home and we were able to land the first home that we put an offer on. Jordan’s expertise allowed us to be a one shot success and we couldn’t be happier on how he went to bat for us. Throughout the process whether it was good news or bad news, he was there through it all and guided us at all hours of the day. Even when we had a small hiccup on the lending side, Jordan helped identify and rectified the problem (even though thats not his job). Jordan is realtor that is not only professional but is also very personable. He took the time to get to know my family on a personal level. He went well above my expectations. From a video walkthrough of the house including a drone flyover, high quality flyers and always being available to answer any questions. Though he did have other listings, he made us feel as if we were his only client. Ultimately he was able to sell our house for much more than we expected. The traffic at open houses seemed to evolve into kind of a frenzy in San Jose and by Spring 2018 I was ready to sell. I selected Jordan to sell my house because of results I saw from another house he sold in the neighborhood. He invested in home inspections, cleaning and staging and of course marketing materials that I did not have to pay for. We moved out within a month and Jordan held the first open house. Everything was staged beautifully and the place was packed with prospective buyers. A week later we had 9 offers. I am confident that I could have sold my house without an agent, but I could not have done it as quickly and I did not want to deal with all of the details. But more than that, I truly believe that Jordan got me a selling price well over not only his commission but the buyers commission as well. Jordan seems to work 12 hours a day, but he always responded quickly to my text or telephone call. I honestly don't know how he gets a better result than other agents, but in my neighborhood at least I am convinced he does. I could not be happier.

We had a great experience with Jordan. We had a weird house in a not so great neighborhood but Jordan was able to present and market the property effectively and got us a great price (way over list) in little time.
I was a little worried given how many properties Jordan was working on at the time, but he worked hard on our property and was always available to chat or meet. We never felt we were being under served.
We had sold a house 2.5 years ago and I didn't realize how bad that service was until we worked with Jordan, who showed us how selling a house should be.
Definitely Recommend.

Jordon was referred to us as a great buyer's agent by two colleagues at work. Jordon mentioned to us that he had never had to put in more than 3 offers for any of his clients. I was originally skeptical as I had heard of many friends who had put in 10+ offers in the Bay Area before finding success. But, true to his word, we won the very first offer that Jordon submitted for us, and it was below what the house was eventually appraised for. Jordon works extremely hard for his clients. He even prepared our offer and answered all of our questions while overseas on a personal vacation. Highly recommended.

We found Jordan at an open house when we had another real estate agent. Jordan had mentioned the possibility of off market listings which our previous real estate agent was not as experienced with. Within a couple of weeks Jordan had sent us an email with all the off market listings and highlighted one that fit our wants/needs. We saw the listing within a couple of days of the email and were in contact by the end of the week. As many other people said, we weren't the highest offer on the property (and it was very under priced for the market) but Jordan knew how to set the terms to make the seller choose us. Jordan made sure to follow through from entering contract until the seller moved out. He is SO thorough and truly understands what sellers and buyers are looking for. Without Jordan, there's no way that we would've been able to buy a house like what we have for the price that we got it for. We recommend Jordan to everyone we work with and he's already gotten one of our friend's their dream home!

What we also truly appreciated about Jordan is also his integrity and honesty. While we were in the process of buying the house, Jordan knew that we had a condo that we wanted to sell. We met with Jordan and his partner multiple times to talk about the value of the condo on the market. We explained to him that we had someone interested in the property off market that we could sell with a lawyer for a flat fee. Jordan never once pressured us to sell with him only or guilted us that he found us a home so we needed to go with him. At one point, he even said that it sounds like the off market deal would be the best deal for us and that he completely understood. In a profession where I've met with some "sharks" who are just in it to sell houses for the money, we truly felt like Jordan cared about us.

If you want someone honest and willing to go the extra mile for you, we HIGHLY recommend Jordan!

We had the pleasure of working with Jordan on both the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new home. Jordan is a consummate professional who goes above and beyond to ensure his client’s needs are fully met. We met Jordan a year prior to moving forward with the sale of our home and he remained patient and steadfast in his commitment to providing us with first-rate service. Not once did we feel pressured to sell and all the while he meticulously monitored the housing market to keep us apprised of what he felt would be an optimal time to sell. Jordan’s diligence in this regard resulted in our ability to sell our home at a price that significantly exceeded our expectations. Equally, on the buy side, Jordan continued to impress. He was very receptive to our desire to live in a specific neighborhood within San Jose and even went as far as dropping fliers in the target area to express our interest. Ultimately, despite being out of the country on vacation, Jordan was able to identify our new home.
