Pauline is exceptional at what she does...I felt that she understood what we needed and actively sought out homes that worked for our family. Personally she made me feel like family she's always smiling and cheerful.... she also took time out to make sure I understood everything and that it was what we wanted.

I rarely write a review or a recommendation. I only do it in really exceptional cases and Pauline is exceptional. She is very professional, knowledgeable in her field, and yet very nice and pleasant to deal with. She made the whole home-buying process easy and stress-free. She goes over and beyond what you ask of her. She understands if you have reservations about the house and won't make you feel pressured to make a decision. It took me more than a year to finally find the house that I really love. That says something about her patience - to be dealing with a person who hasn’t decided on a house for a year. But she never showed any impatience or annoyance. She is available for showing anytime, any day. I actually felt like I was her only client because she’s there right away when I need her. She stands by her goal of making the client happy to the best of her ability.

The finding part was the hard part because I can't seem to find a house I liked even after being shown so many houses. But after finding one that I did like, everything was a breeze. Even the financing part, (she recommended her son-in-law who by the way, is also very awesome to work with) was quick and easy. She took care of everything and we closed in 3 weeks! And even after the deal is done, she’s still there if you need help. If I’d buy another property, I’d only work with Pauline (even though I have a few relatives in the business). I highly recommend her. You can’t find anyone better than her. She gets things done better than anybody can. When the deal finished, she was done being my realtor (for the moment), but she became my friend. That’s how great she is.

I had a wonderful experience with Pauline as my realtor. I was purchasing a second home and wanted specific things during my purchase. She was aways easy to work with and accommodating. Anytime I would venture out find something with an online site or with MLS access, she didnt mind and was happy to help.
