Michael is wonderful! He helped us secure a property that went into multiple offers, which is amazing. He made the buying process seamless and stress-free. Michael and the Elevate Palm Spring Team were phenomenal! Michael was able to identify what my wife and I were searching for, and then take us to it. He was great with communication, and would return our calls and/or text messages almost immediately, even if just to inform us he was with another client and would get back to us soon. He has guided us, and continues to guide us, with our journey of breaking into the STR industry with our new house. Michael always made sure to relay any and all information he would receive from the seller/builder, escrow agents, and lender. We really appreciate how he was more than willing to work around our hectic work schedule, as we are healthcare professionals that work the night shift (6:30pm-7:30am) at the hospital. Michael just had that good energy!

After traveling yearly to the Coachella Valley to escape the often harsh winter weather, we determined now was the time to search for a home for our retirement years. Thankfully we were so fortunate to have been referred to Michael Slate to lead us through this purchase. Michael has been instrumental in navigating the stressful process of finding a home in Palm Springs. My partner and I have struggled to find a place to call home. inventory is low and our standards are high. Michael has been by our side every step and he helped us find and secure a beautiful property.
