Eric was very informative on any questions we had and kept us in the loop with everything going on with our loan process. Tiffany was also wonderful and very helpful with helping us to send our bank info in. I struggled with sending info in the proper way but with an easy call to Tiffany she walked me through it. That was another thing. If I had any questions or concerns all I had to do was call and either Tiffany or Eric ALWAYS answered and explained everything to me. Wonderful experience!
