I am wirting this because I want to share my good BMW 535i purchase experience with other people. Actually the whole purchase process is much smoother, quicker and shorer than I expected. Here was what happened. On Feb 9, I submited a BMW purchase request through a popular Internet car purchase web site. That night, I got an email from Rocky at Steven Creeks BMW and he asked me what's kind of BMW I want. I replied his email on Feb 10 and did a price negotiation with him. Rocky quickly figured out that I did a lot of research on the 535i pricing, so he gave me a good price quickly. Yes, he just gave me the good price without playing around like other sales persons did, that's what I like. So on Feb 11, I just went to the Stevens Creek BMW, test drove the car, signed the paper work, and drove my 535i home. I hope my purchase experience will help you to get your BMW soon.

Rocky responded to our internet request for a quote and information about a new 535i and made an appointment to meet us at the dealership. He called us shortly before and made sure we knew how to get there. When we arrived, he had a car ready to test drive with the features that we had wanted to try out. He gave us a good value for our trade-in and treated us respectfully throughout the process, never pressuring us to buy more than we wanted but making good recommendations for options to buy and to forego. After the purchase, he followed through on some accessories we wanted to buy and made sure we received them. He also went out of his way to drive us to a nearby restaurant while we waited for the car to be washed. And when we had trouble programming the HomeLink door opener, he sent us detailed instructions and called us to check whether we had been successful in following them. He continued to follow up until we were able to program the remote.

Rocky is a very knowledgeable and helpful sales person. From the time I met him at Stevenscreek BMW, he made my car purchase experience a pleasant one without putting me or my wife under pressure at any time during the process. Once we identified the BMW 328i car that we wanted to buy, he compared its features and cost options with another offer that I had on hand. A day later I wanted to compare a different interior color car and was wavering about purchasing new vs. CPO. Again he got the cars for my inspection and walked me through the pros and cons and helped me make a decision.
And the best part was when the BMW Financial approved my loan at a staggering 7.99% rate due to my not-so-great credit history. I wasn't prepared to pay so high rates and pretty much decided not to purchase any car until I repair my credit. He went back to the underwriter and pretty much arm twisted them to offer me 0.9% that I can't imaging getting anywhere else. This is the part he didn't have to do as a sales man. He went out of his way to help me drive away with the car.
By far it was my best car buying experience. Whenever I am ready to purchase my next car, I will surely work with him again.

Originally I contacted one of Stevens Creek BMW's internet manager, but when I got there, he was busy with another customer so he referred me to Rocky Karimi. Rocky is a very nice and kind sales person, very professional. Since I would order an X3 35i, the price was pre-negotiated. It comes down to negotiate my trade-in. The price I asked for was two thousand more than they could offer, Rocky tried very hard to close the gap so that we could reach a deal. When we selected interior colors, he suggested oyster because he saw that I had kids and kids tend to make the interior dirty. He also allowed me to check out the included standard audio system because I considered upgrading the audio. He suggested that I do not do it since very few people did that. During the wait time, he had been updating me on the progress of the production of my car. On the pick up day, he did everything to make the transaction smooth. He even got a technician to pair up my iPhone 4S with the car's audio and phone system. He is indeed one of the best sales person I've ever met! Highly recommended!
