After Graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Casually I met my realtor at my son's showing of a home, I mentioned that a home across the street from mine was up for sale and that I was interested. Later that night, he called and told me about the pricing and what was needed for and offer, once we made the offer, he would call me or my son if I didn't answer and kept me updated. Elton is a very good and patient Realtor. I have already purchased 2 properties with him and he has never failed to work in my best interest at all times. He kept me completely informed at all points in the sale and made sure i understood everything. That is important to me because when i am spending my hard earned money, i want to know my Realtor is making sure i have the upper hand in the negotiation and not just trying to get a commission. It was the best decision I could have made. Once I made Elton aware of my needs, he began to guide and give me advice on the best way to handle my situation. We live out of town so were dependent on Elton for additional assistance with closing and walkthroughs. He knows the market and always answered questions and gave advice when asked. He negotiated lower prices based on market and current offers. Elton previewed homes for us once he knew what we wanted and we made an offer based on his description without seeing house. (We saw same floor plan). We are moving into the house today and are very happy w our choice.
