My wife and I had worked with Tenby and her team for the purchase of our primary residence previously, and we were so happy with that mortgage experience, we now purchased a rental property with their help. It was an easy decision to work with them again! Both mortgage experiences have been amazing. Her continuous communication, proactive approach to get ahead of items that are upcoming, and expertise make sure we receive a great experience every time!

For our primary residence, my wife and I were moving to Colorado from out of state, so I was originally working with another bank that I had some accounts through. As I was trying to make offers on the home we wanted, I could no longer get a hold of the mortgage officer. Then, Tenby was referred to us by our realtor. It was a complete game changer in our home buying experience and we would have never gotten the home we wanted without her.

Our realtor text us her information, so I immediately gave her a call. She dropped everything to ensure we got the process going and we had a pre approval letter within the hour. She is extremely knowledgeable (the running joke was what do you not know about mortgages or Real Estate? She helped us through several situations we had not been through with purchasing the rental property and explained everything with ease, knowing what to do in every situation that was in our best interest). She has excellent communication via email and phone, and is proactively taking action through the whole process.

My wife and I just purchased a home in Colorado thanks to Tenby and her team!

She is amazing to work with. I've never had a mortgage experience as easy as this one, being prepared several weeks ahead of closing.

Got recommended to Tenby by a coworker and MAN, I don't regret it. It was my first time navigating the whole process and Tenby was pretty much always on standby if I had questions. I work nights so I'd always be texting at odd hours and it felt like I'd always get responses relatively quickly. I 1000% recommend Tenby and will definitely plan on working with her in the future.
