We first contacted Richard in early January, 2023 to sell our home based on a recommendation from a next door neighbor who used Richard's expertise to sell their home. The listing process, continual follow-up, open houses, printed brochures etc. resulted in numerous potential buyers scheduling visits. In less than a month of being listed an offer to purchase was accepted with a quick close. The escrow process was smooth thanks to Stewart Title. We are extremely pleased with Richard and would recommend anyone wanting to sell (or buy) a home to contact him first.

Richard did a fantastic job selling our house Oct 2022. He sold our house in about 37 days in a buyers market for the price we wanted. He made some fantastic marketing brochures of the house which we really didn't get to use because we had an offer in about 7 days then went right into escrow for 30 days. Other houses in our Roseville neighborhood are still for sale.

I think what stands out the most when meeting Rich for the first time, is that he truly cares and is passionate about helping others. Rich is one of the most honest, truthful, and sincere people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From day one, Rich went above and beyond to explain the process of selling our first home and going over comps in the area. He has a real understanding on what is happening in the market today and took the time to explain it. I have to admit, I was a little surprised that everything Rich predicted would happen, happened! He said that certain times of the year when the wind changes direction, we will be smelling it. I was asking him how bad the smell would get and he suggested going and knocking on some of the neighbors doors and asking. I thought he was suggesting that my husband and I go and do this. Nope... There were so many positive experiences with my realtor, Rich Donnell! Rich earned my business (and my son and daughter-in-law’s & her parents) because of his commitment to excellence. Rich built a relationship with me by visiting my condo complex for several years, stopping by, looking at the garden I was creating, and chatting about our kids and our future. There was never ANY pressure to list my house during this multi-year process. Rich took great care and time to show me MANY homes during my search; he provided sound advice to keep me within my budget even when I wasn’t the highest bidder. At one point, in a panic, we had a long talk and I shared that I wasn’t sure I was going to go through with this. I loved my current home, but I wanted to live closer to my grandkids.
