Having Tatyana Sturm and the rest of the Storck Team on our side made our entire moving process very easy. I actually had considered moving a year earlier and at that time, Tatyana came out to our house to have our initial discussion. Fast forward a year later and we were ready to make the move. Tatyana always made the effort to make things happen on our time frame without rushing or making us feel pressed for time. As far as the selling process went, our house was tuned up and never looked better when it came to showing the property. We received multiple offers within hours of showing the house and had it sold within just a couple of days. Her team was there to answer all of our questions and educate us on the topics we were not as familiar with. I have sold a property in the past, and this, by far, was the best experience when it comes to selling. My daughter wanted to sell her property which unfortunately had a couple of roommates that damaged parts of her home. These repairs were necessary to put the townhome on the market. The Storck team offers a home repair service to their clients which allowed my daughter to pay for the repairs at closing instead of upfront. Tatyana coordinated everything with the contractors who perform the professional services. They made improvements inside and out. These repairs made the home like new and added another bedroom to the house. This enabled us to list the property $25K above what we had originally planned to list it for. This townhome was beautifully staged. We had multiple offers up to $40K over the list price. We highly recommend the Storck team for all realty services. We’ve been using them for 10 years for many properties - including another property in which another family member also took advantage of the Homenhance service. They had moved out of state and simply gave the keys to their house to Tatyana in which the improvements to the property we’re made. Very simple, excellent results!

Let me start off by saying that this was my first experience with buying a home. From the very first day Meagan and Mike were amazing. We decided to go with a rent to own program, And Meagan was so knowledgeable in the entire process. Mike took us on numerous tours and showed us things about properties that we might not have even noticed being inexperienced first time homebuyers. What’s even more amazing is we just had a situation today, where the property management team (no relation to Storck) Inaccurately started our water services at a wrong address and after months of living here we woke up to a notice on our door that the water was abruptly turned off. For 36 hours with children and visiting family with life threatening health conditions we were basically passed off by each company placing blame on the next and endless broken promises of the situation being resolved within specific time frames. I vented to Meagan around hour 34 about the situation as I was absolutely baffled at what was happening and being put off by all companies with no real resolution. Meagan swooped right in contacting all parties involved on a three-way call and demanded that they fixed the situation immediately or we as the client would be advised to take legal actions. Needless to say within 45 minutes of her call services were dispatched to have the water turned back on. At this time we know this is not going to be our forever home and whatever we decide to do Storck Team will be involved. Thank you guys for an amazing experience and we look forward to working with you guys in the future!

I live in Prague, the Czech Republic in happy retirement. I decided to sell my rental house that I owned for 15 years. I needed to find an agent who would sell it for me. I contacted 10 different agents that I found on Zillow. I had to communicate with each of them via email only. After a few emails with each of them I decided to go with Tatyana. She always answered almost immediately, gave me all of the information, offered professional presentations and even sent me a video with personalized greetings for me. If I had any question it was answered so quickly I could not believe it. If she was not available, her very friendly assistant Meagan answered. Tatyana even helped me to deal with the tenants to move out of the house. After they moved out, she organized to clean so much debris that the tenants left inside and outside the house. After 2 days the house was ready for listing. Within the next 3 days of showings we received 5 offers. Tatyana sold it for $12,000 more than was the listing price. I could not be happier with her services. I can recommend Tatyana to anybody. It was only the best experience!!! The most amazing thing was that all this was handled via emails only.
