Steven did an absolute phenomenal job for us during the lending process. He kept me informed every step of the way. Even when I had had questions about something, no matter how small, he was always available and he never made me feel the matter was small or unimportant. He was proactive in providing status updates through the entire process. He was very reassuring even when there were the few little bumps to get over that it was nothing that couldn't be resolved. Always extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process from pre-qual to closing. I plan on recommending him to anyone I here of buying or refinancing.
