I would highly recommend Patti to anyone looking for a realtor that will go above and beyond. After looking at several houses and going back and fourth she was so encouraging and patient with us. She was always very quick on replying to any messages or voice mails of panic that we had. Our potential home needed a new roof and the seller was not willing to do that. She emailed and messaged and the sellers realtor and they made it happen after many many emails. She was on it. Her husband is very knowledgeable and full of great information for us new home buyers. If you want a personal and stress free experience I would say call Patti.

Thank you Patti for dealing with all of our ups and downs and sometimes even sideways issues. You were fantastic, Once out house is ready you will have to come and see the place and enjoy a good BBQ.

From day one, Patti had our best interest at heart. She is relentless- working late and on weekends- to ensure our needs were met. She went beyond the scope of we asked of her- helping us with our insurance and offering to view houses for us when we couldn't get away from work. She was always few steps ahead and never let items slip through the cracks. This was our first house and we had no idea what we were doing. Patti never pushed us to make a purchase and was often wary of homes that weren't up to her standards. We are so happy in our place and really appreciate the of effort she put into this for us.
