Fabiola Pacheco

Working with Fabiola was an incredible experience. My husband and I had very specific needs for purchasing a home (e.g. needed a home with an in-law unit) and Fabiola stayed patient, creative, and attentive to our needs throughout the entire process. We are first-time home buyers and had a lot to learn. Fabiola helped us stay educated, gave us many options, and responded to every email and text in an very timely manner every step of the way. She never made us feel silly or inadequate no matter what questions we asked, and really served as our rock through an otherwise emotionally strenuous process. When it came time to place offers, Fabiola negotiated with the sellers and brokers on our behalf and got us everything we wanted. During the closing process, when certain timelines were out of our control, she pushed for extensions on our behalf and made everything work out -- again, she always got us everything we wanted through her incredible negotiating skills and business partnerships. Overall, we are thrilled that we had the opportunity to work with Fabiola and we would work with her again without question!
